Villa DHM5 impresses not only with its high-quality furnishings, but also with additional services that will make your stay unforgettable. The villa was completed in June 2023 and offers hand-picked materials such as herringbone parquet flooring, a Loxone control system throughout the unit, electrically exterior-integrated Venetian blinds, high-quality fixtures and large-format Tavertien tiles.
Enjoy the exclusivity of reaching all floors barrier-free with the building’s own lift. The open fireplace, encased in natural stone, creates a pleasant atmosphere in the cool season with its natural warmth.
Conditions
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
The price for an unforgettable day and overnight stay is 9,700€ including VAT.
For stays up to 7 days a deposit of 12,500€ is charged, for stays up to one month the deposit is 35,000€. The daily rate indicated includes a final cleaning after your stay.
If you wish an intermediate cleaning, the one-time fee for this is € 780.00 incl. VAT.
As a thank you, you will receive a 10% booking discount if you book at least 8 days.
